Note: The gas supply has to be adequate to supply boiler, this boiler will require a 22mm gas supply, if the gas supply has to be upgraded further charges will apply, if this is the case you will be advised of this on your site survey.

Condensing boilers need to be connected to a waste run or an outside gully, the offer is for a connection within 2 meters of the boiler. A fused electrical spur or a non switchable socket must be provided within one meter of the new boiler position. The boiler will be connected to your existing hot and cold water supply and we cannot guarantee any workmanship carried out by a third party.

Re-fitting of cupboards and any boxing in of pipework is not included.
